Jason Ware and I built this Morris chair for his living room.  It's made with soft maple and oak slats for the seat.  It will have cushions to be made by Amy Cogan Ware.  All joints are mortise and tennon, the bow arms are maple ply using a MDF bending form that that we made. . The legs are solid maple and the stretchers and rails are 1 1/4" maple with 1" slats.  The finish is a natural stain with a wipe on polyurethane topping - 2 coats each.

Tim and I built these cubby's out of mahogany. Tim welded the end decoration to the metal angle bracket that attaches the cubby's to the wall. The finish is natural stain and Bree's mahogany wax. A fun project involving woodworking and metal working.
